During my recent stay at Le Thurot, I found an intriguing balance between value and comfort. The location is a significant highlight, situated within a short 5-10 minute walk from the train station. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, their professionalism seemed a bit casual at times. My room offered a pleasant ambiance, featuring an ample window and effective air conditioning. It was comfortably clean, including those hard-to-reach spots like under the bed. Though the furniture was somewhat outdated, it aligned with the reasonable pricing, making it an acceptable trade-off. The hotel provided essential amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a satisfying check-in and check-out process. A grocery store nearby and a delightful bakery around the corner added convenience to the stay, with easy access to warm meals and delightful pastries. Le Thurot presents a solid option for travelers seeking a clean and comfortable environment without breaking the bank. It strikes a pragmatic balance between luxury and affordability, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious guests.
